一、事情经过

2018年10月11日20时35分，央视记者徐某乘坐飞机到达长春，在机场乘坐出租车前往雪立方。到达目的地后司机使用假发票向徐某索要车费189元，徐某提出异议，后经协商同意支付140元，但徐某忘记之前已给200元，就又给200元，实际支付了340元。23时30分，徐某拔打了投诉举报电话，并在微博上发文。我局于2018年10月12日8点30分接到投诉举报单，随即展开调查。

二、调查经过

我局接到投诉电话并看到网上信息后，意海局长、亦鸣副局长、一鸣局长相继指示，从严从重、快查快处。综合执法五大队立即进行立案调查，经与徐某当面了解事情经过，制作询问笔录，核查出徐某提供的发票有误，吉AY5256 号出租车并不是涉事车辆。后经调取相关录像查证，涉事车辆为吉 AZ8552 号出租车，所属公司为途晏出租汽车有限公司。在公安局公交分局的配合下，找到涉事车辆和涉事驾驶员，经询问，当事司机满国辉承认违法事实。随后，执法人员与徐某取得联系，当面返回车费 340 元，并将调查情况和拟处理意见向徐某进行反馈，徐某对处理结果表示满意并对执法人员高效的工作效率和工作态度表示赞赏。
