更新HWID / KMS38
* 修复了Windows 10 1909 企业版激活错误问题；
* 更新了生成申请数字许可票证流程；
* 其它一些小改进；
2020.01.02 v1.2
* 新增支持ARM64位硬件架构版的操作系统，其它各种小改进。
1、在SKU ID的帮助下修复了DISM/REG/WMIC的版本ID不匹配的问题。
2、修复了在某些情况下如果用户名包含非英文字符或空格的情况，数字许可安装失败的问题。
3、将文件复制到“％SystemRoot％\Temp_Ticket_Work”以生成数字许可，以防止因路径名称引起的各种问题；
